Try these favourite recipes inspired by ISIKO kombucha and kefir soda for a premuim, guilt-free beverage.
Coconut Mango Mocktail
If you're staying clear of alcohol we have you covered. This is a delicious mocktail recipe that means you don't have to miss out on the good stuff! Try this mocktail next time you need to pretend you're somewhere warm and tropical :)
Approx. 120ml of coconut water
ISIKO Mango Kombucha
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For garnish, a few fruit slices e.g. apple slices
Place a few ice cubes in a glass, then fill it 1/2 way with ISIKO Mango Kombucha. Next, top the glass up with the coconut water. Squeeze in the lemon juice and garnish with a few fruit slices.
Ginger Lemon Mocktail
When you need something refreshing to sip in a hurry but you want it to be a *little* fancy feeling, try this quick and easy beverage.
ISIKO Ginger Lemon Kombucha
1 fresh Lemon
Crushed ice
For garnish, 4 mint leaves
First, prepare your glass by crushing the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass to release the flavour. Then add the crushed ice and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Pour chilled ISIKO Ginger Lemon Kombucha over the ice and mint. Lastly, garnish with a lemon wedge and more mint leaves if you wish.
*you can also add a shot of tequila for a refreshing cocktail.
Ladies Night
This super quick and easy cocktail is always a hit with the ladies because it is delightfully sweet but also tangy. It is sure to make any ladies night a great one!
30ml of Gordon's Premium Pink Distilled Gin
ISIKO Peach Kombucha
For garnish, fine sea salt, mint leaves and lemon (optional)
Prepare your glass by sugaring the rim with fine sea salt. Add a few blocks of ice and then pour the gin over the ice. Now top up the glass with chilled ISIKO Peach Kombucha. Add mint leaves and lemon to garnish.
Pink Lady
A popular cocktail that can be done with a click of a finger. Best of all, it gives you a great buzz without the guilt. A favourite among the ladies.
